Big City Burgers started in a one-car garage with a flat-top grill and a dream. Two friends who believed a perfect smash burger could change the world — or at least change lunch.
Word spread fast. Neighborhood cookouts turned into pop-ups, pop-ups turned into a truck, and that truck became the most recognized food truck in the city. Today we serve thousands of burgers every week across multiple locations, but every patty is still smashed with the same love.
We source our beef from local ranches, bake our buns in-house, and never cut corners. That garage spirit lives on in every single bite.

Yes! We offer a house-made black bean smash patty and a plant-based patty option. Both can be prepared fully vegan on request with our vegan bun and sauce.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for events under 100 guests, and 4–6 weeks for larger events. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability.

Absolutely. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. No one leaves hungry because of a payment method.
Yes! Use the "Order Now" button to place a pre-order for pickup. Select your location, pick your items, and choose a pickup time. Your food will be ready and waiting.
