Our Story

Fired Up Pizza was born from a simple obsession: the perfect Neapolitan pie. After training under master pizzaiolos in Naples, our founder brought the craft home and built a custom wood-fired oven on wheels — because great pizza shouldn’t be confined to four walls.

Our oven reaches 900°F, blistering each pie in 60–90 seconds. We source San Marzano tomatoes from the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, import fior di latte mozzarella, and mill our own flour blend for the perfect balance of chew and char.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust and our margherita can be made vegan with cashew-based mozzarella. Just let us know when you order and we’ll take care of you.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. For peak season (May–October) and weddings, 6–8 weeks is ideal. Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Light rain doesn’t stop us — the oven keeps things toasty! For severe weather, we’ll post updates on our social media by 10 AM that day. Catering events have a rain-or-shine guarantee with tent options available.

Absolutely. While we love our curated menu, you can add or remove toppings on any pie. Extra toppings are $1.50–$3.00 each depending on the ingredient. Just ask at the window!

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. We also partner with popular food ordering apps for pre-orders at select locations.
