Patty Wagon started with two childhood best friends -- Jake and Mike -- who spent every summer weekend perfecting their burger game on a backyard charcoal grill. What began as friendly competitions over who could build the better burger turned into something bigger.
In 2019, they pooled their savings, bought a beat-up food truck, and hit the streets. Word spread fast. People lined up around the block for their signature smash burgers -- crispy edges, juicy centers, piled high with toppings.
Today, Patty Wagon is the city's favorite burger truck, but the mission hasn't changed: serve honest, craveable food made with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Yes! We offer a house-made black bean patty that can sub into any burger, and we have gluten-free buns available on request. Just ask when you order.
