Smokin' Brothers BBQ started with two brothers, Marcus and Darnell, and a beat-up backyard smoker passed down from their grandfather. Growing up in East Texas, Sunday meant one thing — slow-smoked brisket, ribs on the pit, and the whole family gathered around the table.
In 2015, they turned that family tradition into a food truck, hitting the streets with nothing but Grandpa's recipes and a dream. Word spread fast. Lines got longer. Today, Smokin' Brothers is a neighborhood staple — still cooking low and slow, still using the same dry rub, still treating every plate like it's headed to a family dinner.
No shortcuts. No gas grills. Just real smoke, real wood, and real BBQ.

We use a blend of post oak and hickory — the traditional Texas approach. It gives our meats a clean, robust smoke flavor without being overpowering. We source our wood locally and never use gas or electric shortcuts.
While we're a BBQ-focused truck, we do offer several great sides that are vegetarian-friendly: our coleslaw, cornbread, and mac & cheese. We're also working on a smoked portobello sandwich — stay tuned!
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for regular events, and 4-6 weeks for large events (100+ guests) or peak season (May through September). The earlier you reach out, the better we can accommodate your needs.
Yes — when it's gone, it's gone. That's the nature of real BBQ; we smoke a set amount each day and once it sells out, we close up. Fridays and Saturdays tend to sell out fastest, so we recommend arriving within the first hour for the best selection.
Absolutely! You can call or text us at (555) BBQ-BROS to place a pre-order. We ask for at least 1 hour's notice. Pre-orders are held for 30 minutes past the requested pickup time.
