These terms govern your use of HungryPages, a service of FutureFlex Digital, including our website templates, growth apps, and done-for-you services. By using our site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

HungryPages provides website templates, hosting, business apps, and setup services for food trucks, event vendors, and mobile food businesses. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis; launch packages and add-on services are one-time purchases.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide — your business name, logo, menus, photos, and text. You grant us permission to use that content solely to build, host, and maintain your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

Our Templates & Platform

Our templates, designs, and platform code remain the property of FutureFlex Digital. Your plan grants you a license to use them for your business website while your subscription is active. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.

Billing & Cancellation

• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; your site remains active through the end of the current billing period
• One-time launch packages and add-on services are non-refundable once work has begun
• We may adjust pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful — including content that infringes others' rights or misrepresents your business.

Service Availability

We work to keep your site online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureFlex Digital's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
